Record approval before bulkcycling sunglasses factory
Use one line per model when a cycling sunglasses factory path offers substitutes. Quotes are comparable only when the wrap form or lens design matches, and when polarization is written as included or excluded. Use this page to record sample approval before a bulk eyewear order.

Same wholesale cycling sunglasses scope on every factory line
| Check | Why it changes the quote |
|---|---|
| Coating | Anti-reflective, hard coat, mirror — each finish must be named or excluded |
| Polarization | Wholesale cycling sunglasses extras stay out unless written on the sample sheet and the bulk line |
| Safety mark | Plano and prescription differ; ANSI Z87.1 belongs only to marked models |
Sample approval checklist
Record lens width, bridge and temple (or the wrap fit band), lens tint, polarization status, hinge type and any marking visible on the sample. Note the sample method: photo with ruler, physical pair or both. State who may release bulk after approval and whether a second sample is required when a cycling sunglasses factory offers an alternative.
Base lens versus coated lens remains a common dispute. Side A: the base lens price excludes anti-reflective coating, hard-coat, mirror and polarization unless listed. Side B: a coated package is only comparable when every coating is named. Write which package the bulk order follows before factories reprice.
Limitations buyers should expect: samples may not carry the final pack-out; polarization filters can vary by lot until the approved lot code is locked; prescription paths need a separate power confirmation even after a plano sample passes. This desk does not treat a sample report as remaining-life performance evidence.
